Phosphatidylcholine – Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is the predominant lipid building block of cellular membranes, an integral component of circulating lipoproteins and bile, and a readily-available source of the vital nutrient choline.

Choline, a water-soluble nutrient in the B vitamin family, compromises 13 percent of the weight of a PC molecule. Research indicates that most people do not consume enough dietary choline to support optimal health, increasing their risk of fatty liver, muscle damage, and cognitive dysfunction.
