Nine bitter herbs and essential oils, all known to help activate bitter receptors and to be able to support bile flow and healthy digestion.* These liposomal bitters are designed for enhanced absorption and nearly instantaneous effect. Use 1-2 pumps in water or into mouth three times daily. Alternately, use 2-4 pumps in sparkling water during and after meals, and as needed for digestive comfort. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. The difference is clear: this product’s clear consistency can only be achieved with liposomes that are small enough to pass between cells. The smaller, more stable vesicles begin absorbing as soon as they hit the mouth.* This product uses phosphatidylcholine from purified sunflower seed lecithin. It does not contain gluten.

Bitters No. 9 is a premium blend of nine bitter herbs and essential oils that orchestrate digestion and detoxification via the liver, gallbladder, and kidneys.

Bile flow is essential for detoxification. Our formula combines herbs and essential oils that gently facilitate bile flow and toxin elimination and is suitable for even the most sensitive individuals.

Dandelion – Dandelion supports diuresis, enhancing toxin elimination through the urinary tract. It also improves bile flow and protects the liver from toxins.

Milk thistle – Milk thistle contains silymarin, a phytonutrient with potent liver-protective properties. It supports Phase II liver detoxification by activating the Nrf2 pathway, ultimately enhancing glutathione synthesis.

Gentian – Gentian is the quintessential bitter botanical. Its bioactive compounds protect the liver from damage caused by insufficient bile flow.

Burdock – Burdock has anti-inflammatory properties and protects the liver against toxin-induced damage.

Solidago – Solidago is a flowering plant with tiny yellow blossoms and primarily supports the urinary tract by increasing diuresis.

Essential oils of sweet orange, myrrh, juniper, and clove – Our formula is rounded out by a suite of essential oils with antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.
