IMN-A was formulated to support cellular renewal and repair in mitigating the challenges of our times. It has been designed to be highly antioxidant with the objective of reducing the impact of reactive oxygen species and free radicals on the immune system. Japanese knotweed contains the polyphenol resveratrol which has been shown in studies may have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Andrographis has a long history of use in Indian and Chinese herbal medicine. Recent studies reveal it may possess antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, antiviral, and antibacterial properties. It contains the plant constituent andrographolide which may restrain viral replication and virus-induced pathogenesis. Elderberry has been shown in studies to contain significant amounts of antioxidants and may offer immunomodulatory effects; while also potentially decreasing inflammation. Chlorella has been shown to be rich in antioxidants such as vitamin C, omega-3 fatty acids, and carotenoids like beta-carotene and lutein; which research shows may combat free radicals, thereby preventing cellular damage. Studies show that Calendula may contain flavonoids that possess anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective effects. Calendula and English Plantain have been shown in research to possess soothing properties to inflamed tissues.
