Liposomal GABA with L-Theanine combines a highly bioavailable form of the neurotransmitter GABA, with the amino acid L-theanine for optimal nervous system support, helping you maintain a calm and relaxed state in an otherwise frenetic world. 

Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is the body’s main inhibitory ‘calm and connect’ neurotransmitter and produced in the brain and spinal cord. It supports emotional balance and ease, a healthy stress response, and stable nerve transmission.  

    Take 2-4 pumps by mouth as needed. Hold in mouth 30-90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your physician before use. Store at room temperature.
