But one thing I'm certain of beyond a doubt is that this product is helping. I've been taking it for several months, which should be enough time to be fairly sure. My current regimen is two capsules of this twice a day. I also take CoreBiotic, and am experimenting with several Berberine products. Then, lastly, I use G.I. Detox and the Cellcore Bio-Toxin Binder intermittently.
