Pro-Adapt contains progesterone extracted from the steroidal backbone of the Wild Yam root (Dioscorea villosa).

How it Works

Pro-Adapt contains progesterone which is extracted from the steroidal backbone of the Wild Yam root (Dioscorea villosa). It provides 4 mg of micronized progesterone per drop, ideal for refining personal dosages. Micronization is the process of reducing a material’s particle size to the micron or submicron level, thereby increasing absorption.

The Formula: Purpose

  • Progesterone plays a role in many body functions, including female-specific ones but also general functions, such as regulating blood pressure, promoting restful sleep, and fostering healthy mood. The progesterone in Pro-Adapt is bioidentical, meaning it has the same molecular structure as that produced by the body.
  • Vitamin E (mixed with tocopherols) is a blend of alpha-tocopherol and mixed tocopherols. Pro-Adapt does not use the common tocopheryl acetate form; acetate is cheap acid, used in wood glue. Pro-Adapt uses premium vitamin E in mixed tocopherol forms for enhanced stability and oxidative protection.
  • Rice Bran Oil is a reliable carrier which contributes to stability and viscosity of the oil formula.

 Suggested Use:

Apply 2-5 drops, 1-2 times daily or as recommended by your health care professional.
