You get 2 points for every $1 you spend. On top of that:

• 100 points on your birthday, every year
• 75 points for liking or following us on Facebook or Instagram
• 75 points for following Redox Bioscience on Instagram

Purchase points show up once your order's gone through. The rest land as soon as we've checked them.

Not on purchase points. The more you order, the more you earn. The one-offs like signing up and following us can only be claimed once each, though your birthday points come round every year.

No. Once they're in your account, they stay there until you use them.

Give it 24 hours. They're usually instant, but not always.

Worth checking you were signed in at the time, and that you did any social follows through the Rewards panel rather than straight on Instagram — that's the only way we can see them. Purchase points won't show until the order's finished processing.
