Collagen is the predominant form of protein throughout the body. It’s part of connective tissues, bones, cartilage, and supports red blood cells and tissue integrity. With aging, the body’s production of collagen decreases which results in many health issues. I have been using this collagen for years at the recommendation of my chiropractor. I works great.

Definitely Adds Bulk

Started using this for to benefit my joints. However, I have noticed more muscle mass which is a great benefit as well. Online searches states that collagen promotes healthier skin, a healthier heart and prevents bone loss. Win win as far as I am concerned. Only thing I would change is the scoop should be shipped outside of the container as it sinks to the bottom and you have to put your hand through the entire container of collagen. I would prefer to keep the product as clean as possible. Digestive Warrior please take note! 5 stars for the product for sure!
