Recommended Dosing

Take 2 pumps by mouth, twice a day. Hold in mouth for 30-90 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before meals. If pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, please consult your healthcare practitioner before use. Store at room temperature.
