I love perfect sleep. If I wake up during the night, I use around 8 drops and then i go back to sleep!!!

Pretty Perfect....

I have been having sleep issues for awhile and I changed not only my evening habits - late night screen use etc. but began eating earlier and eating more sleep friendly foods The topper being to add Perfect Sleep and overall, my sleep has improved. It's not a cure-all but I believe has made a difference along with other good habits.

I’ve used it for 2 yrs almost every night. It works very well for me. No side effects. If I wake up I use a little more and go back to sleep.

Barbara We're so glad the Perfect Sleep helps you with deep slumber...I love this product too, and use it often. Melatonin leaves me a little too groggy, so this it IT!
