Ingredients: Black cohosh, dong quai, fennel, alfalfa and fennel essential oil in a base of organic cane alcohol, mountain spring water, and vegetable glycerin.
Usage: Take 20-60 drops, 1-4 times daily. To support normal healthy menstrual cycle function, use Phytoest for the first two weeks of the cycle and Phytoprogest for the second two weeks. Does not contain estrogen. (Note: Dropper included with 2 ounce size only.)
