I have used the liquid biocidin in the past. The draw back being that the liquid form suggests you take 20 minutes before a meal. Which is hard to time when working and living life. So i chose the biocidin lsf form since it only suggests waiting 10 minutes to eat a meal after taking. It makes. It is.more convenient only having to wait 10 minutes. And also is claims the lsf form is absorbed better so less is needed. Take it slow with this supplement it will induce die reactions but that lets me know that the product actually works.
