Title
In lab studies, large amounts of zinc have been shown to block cold viruses from adhering to the nasal lining and/or replicating themselves however evidence is preliminary and inconclusive and further study is needed to reach a conclusive agreement among scientists and the FDA.

RECOMMENDED USAGE: Children up to 12 years - 1 drop by mouth; over 12 years - 3-4 drops by mouth. Repeat every 4 hours until relief of symptoms, or as directed.

INGREDIENTS: Water, Zinc (Glycinate, Glutamate); Wintergreen Oil; Cassia Oil.

We believe this product helps prevent viruses and use it regularly in the winter months and increase the dosage if we feel cold-like symptoms coming on.

It tastes good

I just started using this. I like the way it tastes. It is also convenient since I can carry it in my purse and take it every few hours when I need to. Systemic Formulas has great products.
