IMN-B-II may enhance the body’s ability to combat bacterial exposures. Calendula is considered part of the marigold family. It may possess the ability to reduce inflammation, while potentially offering plant constituents that inhibit bacteria. Studies reveal Sarsaparilla contains sapponins and numerous phenolic compounds that may be supportive as antimicrobial, antibacterial, and antifungal support. It is thought that sapponins in Sarsaparilla may act as a “synergist” increasing the bioavailability and absorption of other herbs it is combined with. While Bilberry has been well researched for its potential antioxidant activity, bilberry has also been shown to have potential in combating bacteria, fungus, and virus. It may also have vasodilating effects while reducing inflammation and excessive histamine. Past research has shown that Eyebright may contain nutrition that supports good eye health; hence the name. However, more recent research has shown that plant constituents in Eyebright may inhibit the growth of specific bacteria. While Mullein leaf extract is often considered for its potential benefits in respiratory health, it too may offer anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial support.

For chronic issues: Start with 1 drop, 2 times a day. Gradually increase drops to tolerance adding 1 drop per dose weekly. Dosage does not usually exceed 6-8 drops, 2 times per day.

For acute issues: Start with 3-4 drops, 2-3 times a day adding 1 drop per dose to tolerance or until desired results are achieved. Dosage does not usually exceed 8-10 drops, 2-3 times per day.
